Big, sweaty and smelly

What a workout tonight. Megan was stepping things up yet again. I feel so sore. Well a good sore. I feel very round when I do exercises. I think I am my own exercise ball. Today was a good day at work. It was meetings most of the day. Then a visit to the dentist. Lo-anne does a really good job on my teeth.
